John found yoga through his meditation teacher. After an injury took him out of being able to sit. His meditation teacher informed him that one of the reasons yoga was created was to condition your body to be able to sit still for extended periods of time, with less pain. Ever since then John’s practice got stronger and his study deeper. Of everything yoga had to offer. He’s been studying meditation, breathwork, sound healing, and yoga for over a decade. He’s 200ryt Yoga Alliance certified. Has certifications in Yin Yoga, and is currently enrolled for further education in Somatic Breathwork. In John’s classes you can expect him to touch on all the limbs of yoga, bring you into the present moment, and harness the power from within. John loves the way yoga brings together the community and leaves everyone feeling connected. He invites you to come as you are. Off the mat John spends time building his permaculture food forest, riding his bike, and taking care of all the animals around the homestead.
